Follow the steps below to uninstall WebTitan OTG 2 for Windows using an uninstall script. The uninstall script can be run on a single machine using administrator privileges.
Get the product UID for the version of OTG 2 for Windows you are uninstalling. See Locating your OTG 2 Product UID.
Open a command prompt with administrator privileges:
Click into your taskbar search box and type cmd.
Right-click on Command Prompt and choose Run as Administrator.
Click Yes and the command prompt opens, running with administrator privileges.
Run the following script to uninstall OTG 2 for Windows, replacing the example product UID 0Z00Z000-000Z-000Z-000Z-Z000Z000000Z with the Product UID retrieved in step 1.
msiexec.exe /x{0Z00Z000-000Z-000Z-000Z-Z000Z000000Z}
