The Office Add-in allows you to browse your archive without leaving the Outlook interface. Details on how to use it are provided in Using the Office Add-In.
Important
The Office Add-in is only available to customers who have access to the new ArcTitan (Email Archiving) interface. Please ensure that you are able to access this before beginning the installation process.
There are two installation options available. It can be installed locally on each computer, which is preferable for smaller organizations. Alternatively, Office 365 admins can use centralized deployment, which is the recommended method for deploying Office Add-ins (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) to users and groups within an organization.
