SASL authentication failing -- try putting parentheses around the query filter

Problem / Solution

If SASL Authentication fails, but you are sure the LDAP User DN, LDAP Password etc. are correct,

try putting the LDAP Query Filter in parentheses, eg: (userPrincipalName=%u)
