The License Usage page helps you as a Customer Admin to monitor your relationship with your users based on licenses and usage. The following definitions are useful as you consider the data:

Active Users: These are M365 active licensed users. The number is updated daily based on the active user license.
Licenses Purchased: Total number of licenses purchased by the customer from the MSP.

First, select License Usage from your left menu. Then select the solution from the dropdown menu to view the licensing information for your users based on that solution.

Below is a summary of the details and statistics available to you:

Total Customer License Usage
The License Usage section shows the number of Active Users and Licenses Purchased over a specific period of time.
Hovering your mouse over the graph displays a summary for that month.
You can select and de-select the labels to add and remove items from the graph:
Protected Accounts
Protected Accounts is a list of the users and their email accounts that are protected by Email Security.
- Name: The name of the customer's user.
- Email: The email address of the customer's user.
