MSP and customer admins now have the capability to enforce two-factor authentication (2FA) across all users within their organizations. Mandatory 2FA ensures that all users must authenticate using 2FA when signing in, enhancing protection against unauthorized access. Admins can configure enforcement at multiple levels, including MSP, customer, domain, and user levels. End users can't disable this service on their own—personal choice is removed to maintain security standards.
The user interface enables admins to manage the enforcement of 2FA at different levels. A domain/user slideout lets admins drill down to domain and user levels.
