Managing Global Settings for All Devices

Go to Settings > Device Configuration to manage settings for all newly installed OTG 2 devices.

If you have a custom JSON configuration in place in Settings > Device Configuration, that is also pushed out to any existing devices currently using the default configuration the next time they connect to WebTitan.

From the Settings > Device Configuration page, you can:

  • Regenerate your OTG 2 install key. See Regenerating your OTG 2 Install Key.

  • Select a policy to automatically assign to new devices.

  • Select a device exception to automatically assign to new devices.

  • Add custom JSON configuration for adjustments other than filters (filters are handled using Device Exceptions). This configuration is:

    • Applied to new devices during OTG 2 installation.

    • Pushed out to any existing devices currently using the default configuration the next time they connect to WebTitan. Updates are not pushed to active devices that have a custom JSON configuration applied in Environment > Devices.

    Warning

Custom JSON is recommended for advanced users only.
