A Customer Account Admin can follow the steps below to complete their WebTitan Cloud setup and initial configuration. The following information is required to complete the setup:
WebTitan Cloud login credentials for the Customer Account (if you did not receive an email with this information, contact Support to have it reissued).
IP address(es) for the location(s) you want to be filtered by WebTitan Cloud.
Follow the steps below:
Once you have completed your initial setup, take a look through the guide menu for information on the different tabs in WebTitan Cloud. You may want to look at:
Log into WebTitan
As part of your WebTitan Cloud setup, an email was sent to the supplied email address with information to get started. This email contains:
Your WebTitan Cloud URL.
Username and password.
The IP address(es) to redirect your DNS requests to.
The email is from licensing@titanhq.com with the subject line Welcome to WebTitan Cloud. If you did not receive this email, contact Support to have it reissued immediately.
Important
If your account has been set up through your Service Provider, please contact them directly for your WebTitan Cloud login credentials.
If two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled, you must also enter a code generated from the device used to register 2FA.
After signing in for the first time you should change your password. Do this by going to Settings > Account > Change Password.
Add your Location(s)
Locations are used to identify all your organization's network locations to WebTitan Cloud. A location is simply an IP address from which WebTitan Cloud will accept and process DNS requests. Once specified, WebTitan Cloud will only accept and process DNS requests that originate from the IP address(es) that have been associated with your particular location(s).
Static IP is the most common location type. See the steps below to Add a Static IP Location.

Configure your Policy
A policy determines what websites your users have access to. By default, each account has a Default Policy that is assigned to all users. To configure your Default Policy:
Go to the Policies tab. Your default policy is displayed:
Click the edit icon under the Options columns on the right and the Edit Policy: Default window displays:
As this is your default policy, the Name: field can not be edited. Enter a brief description of the policy in the Description: field.
You can further configure your policy by clicking on each of the tabs - Categories, Web-Filter, Safe Search, Notifications, Allowed Domains and Blocked Domains:
Click Save to save your changes.
